Syrah RESERVA

This wine was born in a 30-year-old vineyard in La Consulta, Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 3,400 feet / 1.030 meters a.s.l.

A balanced trelly system in a small lot with low yields proves to be the best way and place to grow this remarkable Syrah.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red with bluish tinges meet the eye.

This wine coats the mouth with lovely mature cherries and lushy fig marmalade wrapped in exotic spicy notes.

Nice density, long and persisting. Balance and elegance shine through. The tannic finish speaks of a wine with very good potential.

Fermenting temperature: Between 25 a 30°C in concrete tanks. 12 days alcoholic fermentation.
